The house has room for six: an open-plan living room with a SMEG kitchen, three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, two large terraces, a heated pool and a garden that runs towards the sea.

Living room, dining area and kitchen share one open space with tiled floors. The modern SMEG kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a coffee machine.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding windows open onto the terrace, the pool and the built-in barbecue.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and can be reached separately from one of the two large terraces.
Bed linen is provided.
There are four bathrooms: one for each bedroom and one more on the ground floor, with a shower and washbasin.
Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
Two large terraces sit to the left and right of the house. Downstairs, a covered terrace with lounge sofas looks across the lawn to the pool.
The outdoor kitchen under the wooden pergola has a hob, a sink and a dining table, and the barbecue is built in.
The pool is private and heated, with a cover, so you can swim in it all year. There are sun loungers, parasols and pool towels.
The garden runs on for about 90 metres beyond the pool towards the sea and ends at a yoga deck under a pergola.
